Meet the Heart of LPP

The people who make Little Peoples Place feel like home.

At LPP, we’re more than part of your child’s day — we’re part of their childhood. Consistency, connection and truly knowing each child are at the heart of how we care for and guide the children who grow up with us.

Lee Fielding

Owner, Director & Preschool Teacher

Our creative heart, community builder & keeper of the LPP tradition

For more than 30 years, Lee has called Little Peoples Place home. What began as joining the family business grew into a lifelong love of teaching, caring for young children and creating a place where families truly feel they belong.

Lee brings her love of art, music and creativity into everyday life at LPP. She believes some of the best learning happens when children are having fun — getting messy with art, singing together, exploring outside, laughing, talking and simply enjoying being little.

One of Lee’s greatest passions is bringing people together. Over the years, she has created many of LPP’s traditions through family events, celebrations, picnics, graduations and even weekend getaways — creating memories and friendships that often continue long after children leave LPP.

At the heart of Lee’s approach is truly knowing each child — their personality, their sense of humor, what makes them light up and what they need when they’re having a harder day. After more than three decades, the lasting relationships she has built with children and families remain one of the greatest joys of her work.

Krystal

Caregiver

Our storyteller, book lover & creative spirit

Krystal grew up as part of the Little Peoples Place family and now brings her own special kind of magic to LPP.

A writer at heart and lifelong lover of books, Krystal can often be found sharing a story, creating a little drama, singing a song or getting everyone moving. With her flair for the theatrical and her love of music and the arts, she has a wonderful way of turning everyday moments into opportunities for imagination and fun.

What makes Krystal especially special is her gentle spirit and the way she connects with children through their imaginations. She gives children the space and encouragement to tell their own stories, express themselves and simply enjoy being who they are.

Her warmth, creativity and wonderfully playful spirit make her a very special part of LPP.
